As an intern within Strategic Marketing and working with our Marketing Field Support team you will be a part of a fast paced and rewarding environment. You will gain experience in customer service, corporate adaptability, and learning how an organization best supports field partners with Marketing programs and tactics. You will assist in serving as a frontline Marketing resource who communicates, educates and trains financial representatives and staff on Marketing tools and platforms to support business growth. You will be assisting in being a consultative partner with reps in their efforts to build their local brand and drive leads and referrals in the communities our reps are serving. You will also gain experience in corporate collaboration as you will assist in partnering with other areas of expertise in Marketing to support our field partners.

Previous customer service experience with strong interpersonal skills.
Skilled in relationship development.
Superior oral / written communication. Proven ability to effectively communicate in various situations with various audiences including field, internal business partners, vendors and leadership.
Excellent critical thinking, prioritization, organizational, and planning skills.
Handles a high volume of phone calls, emails and web inquiries, which includes extended periods of confinement to work station during peak periods.
Must be able to work full-time hours from late May 2026 to early August 2026.
