Your Responsibilities During our comprehensive, 8-week internship program, interns are exposed to different functional areas of business at Lockton and have the opportunity to interact with many Associates. Working alongside these Associates allows interns to experience our caring and diverse culture, develop business acumen, and grow their technical and soft skills. Each intern is paired with a Performance Coach who helps to guide them through the course of the internship.
