- Personalized mid-program development opportunities enabling you to select the topics that best support your career development goals.
- A final presentation to Chubb Leaders. Receive support as you prepare your presentation, including coaching and feedback from your manager, the Chubb Associate Learning team, and former Chubb Associates.
All these elements are thoughtfully provided to enhance your network, showcase your skills, and support you in reaching your career goals and contributing to the future success of Chubb.
- Bachelor’s degree required (many majors will be considered)
- Strong GPA preferred (3.0 preferred)
- Prior work experience (including summer or part time roles) or internships preferred
- Leadership experience through work or involvement in community service, athletics, clubs, or other activities preferred
