The Advisory Council help leads the strategic direction of Gamma Iota Sigma to grow and sustain a robust and diverse student talent pipeline, ensuring the industry's vibrant future.
By joining the Chubb Associate Program, you’ll be an integral part of the world’s largest publicly traded P&C insurance company and the largest commercial insurer in the U.S. Chubb is proud of its reputation of providing every early career hire with a robust and comprehensive technical and experiential learning program. This includes the basics of insurance, development of the technical skills needed for your position as well and exposure to senior leadership.
As a Chubb Associate you have the opportunity to participate in a program that compliments your technical development with programs designed to accelerate your business acumen, enhance your non-technical skills, thoughtfully define your career goals, showcase your skills with a group presentation to senior leaders, and to expand your network of leaders and peers across North America. The program includes:
Chubb Associate Professional Development Conferences. Here you participate in professional development programs purposefully designed to accelerate your ability to contribute to the business, interact with leaders, and build a bond with your cohort of peers across North America's various businesses and deparments.
Personalized mid-program development opportunities enabling you to select the topics that best support your career development goals.
A final presentation to Chubb Leaders. Receive support as you prepare your presentation, including coaching and feedback from your manager, the Chubb Associate Learning team, and former Chubb Associates.
All these elements are thoughtfully provided to enhance your network, showcase your skills, and support you in reaching your career goals and contributing to the future success of Chubb.
Bachelor’s degree required (many majors will be considered)
Strong GPA preferred (3.0 preferred)
Prior work experience (including summer or part time roles) or internships preferred
Leadership experience through work or involvement in community service, athletics, clubs, or other activities preferred
