Advisory Council
The Advisory Council consist of Sustaining Partner Companies
The Advisory Council help leads the strategic direction of Gamma Iota Sigma to grow and sustain a robust and diverse student talent pipeline, ensuring the industry's vibrant future.
PRIMARY PURPOSE: To develop and manage time and materials (T&M) data input and bill review projects through to completion; to provide training and program support to our clients.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
Partners with clients to scope requirements needed for the T&M and bill review process by visiting client project sites and gathering detailed information from third party vendors.
Develops, prepares, and manages customer delivered requests.
Utilizes T&M Pro-Suite software products to review and audit invoices and manage project details.
Creates standard and ad hoc client-facing reports from bill review and audit projects.
Audits and analyzes data reports related to client billing and time and material (T&M) management.
Reviews, investigates, and resolves escalated technical customer service support issues.
Leads in-person and virtual training sessions for T&M Pro-Suite clients.
Gathers ongoing feedback to improve training and development materials; updates training collateral in conjunction with system updates.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs other duties as assigned.
Supports the organization's quality program(s).

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
High School Diploma A must.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
Experience
One (1) year of related experience, to include at least one (1) year of time and materials data input, audit and bill review experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
