Advisory Council
The Advisory Council consist of Sustaining Partner Companies
The Advisory Council help leads the strategic direction of Gamma Iota Sigma to grow and sustain a robust and diverse student talent pipeline, ensuring the industry's vibrant future.
Perform a wide range of administrative and general support duties of a highly responsible and confidential nature in support of the President and Senior Leadership Team. Maintain and prioritize daily schedule and workload. Work independently, receiving a minimum of detailed supervision and guidance.
Assist President and Senior Leadership Team as requested, including: schedules appointments, coordinates meetings, conferences, and travel.
Complete and submit monthly expense reports and additional payments for senior team members.
Organize and maintain confidential files, correspondence and records and follow up on necessary items to include editing & formatting documents as requested from SLT (annual business plan for example).
Manage and coordinate recognition programs.
Assist in the coordination of associate meetings (to include town halls, all associate meetings, retreats, etc.)
Schedule monthly Key Indicator Meetings, compile all the reports, and distribute a PDF report.
Compile monthly reports for various business teams (anniversaries, birthdays, headcount, etc.)
Organize and coordinate the college recruiting process and intern program, including liaising with career services offices, ordering collateral and displays for events and participating in recruiting activities.
May lead or participate in special and/or cross-functional project teams related to Company strategic initiatives.
Create and update Canva and/or Power Point presentations/projects for leadership and HR trainings.
Launch Caliper assessments to candidates and share results with hiring managers.
Assist with company intranet updates and newsletter publications.
