The Sales Assistant performs a variety of clerical and administrative activities to support sales staff. The Sales Assistant is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of information and follow up for existing and prospective customers from our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) to our sales staff. In addition will need to be maintaining and creating prospect and client.
Maintaining and updating CRM (Microsoft Dynamics)
Follow up with Sales producers to ensure continuous feedback with clients and prospects
Updating and preparing binders/folders/proposals for presentations with clients and prospects
Creating and updating PowerPoint presentations for sales staff
Creating and executing Prospect mailings
Create new prospect lists
Knowledge of Microsoft Products including: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Dynamics a plus.
