These positions are responsible for handling a wide verity of tasks for our production teams nationwide. The Client Services division, based in Charlotte, provides assistance on projects as assigned. Candidates must possess outstanding verbal communication skills and a professionally welcoming demeanor.
Some Admin Assistant duties:
-Data Entry into multiple internet based systems -Provides support on projects as assigned for the Client Services and/or Tax teams which may include spreadsheet review and entry for renewals; run loss reports for production teams, file updates, etc. as determined by the Client Services Manager -Demonstrates ability to multitask and a willingness to complete the job accurately and efficiently -Use Microsoft Office software (e.g. Outlook, Word and Excel) -Multi-Task in a fast-paced environment -Other duties as assigned
