The Clements Producer Development Program (PDP) is looking for ambitious and driven individuals who are ready to jump start their career in international insurance sales!
The PDP is an 18-month paid work-based training program designed to help you develop the skills to be a successful Insurance Producer within our company. You will receive instructor led and on the job training where you will learn about the industry, our products, sales strategies and tactics, and more. You will also have the opportunity to rotate throughout various departments to better understand the role from ground up. After successful completion of the program, permanent employment will be offered.
Recent college graduate, who is competitive, entrepreneurial in spirit, and interested in pursuing a career in sales.
Proven sales professional (outside of the insurance industry), who is driven to succeed.
Demonstrated initiative and entrepreneurial spirit.
Self-motivated and results driven.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work well independently, as part of a team, and across the company.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Flexible and adaptable to a demanding and fast-paced work environment.
Ability to obtain both a P&C and L&H license.
