The ideal candidate will possess a high school degree with 1-3 years of administrative support experience, insurance industry environment preferred. Solid customer service experience required.
Answer phones, screen calls, transfer calls, take messages.
Process loss run, Experience Mod and WCIRB report requests.
Process monthly renewal lists, obtaining loss runs as necessary.
Greet visitors with courtesy and professionalism.
Perform follow ups for various information requests received from customers/fellow employees.
Organize supplies, keeping inventory records and placing orders.
Process all incoming electronic and physical mail.
Process all outgoing physical mail.
Keep meeting rooms and common spaces neat and tidy, run and empty dishwasher daily.
