The Hartford’s Operations and Technology LDP Internship provides an exciting opportunity for a select group of high-performing college students and is designed to be the pipeline of talent into our full time rotational program. Join a fast-paced, challenging, work environment and develop critical leadership and functional skills.
Assignments in Business Analysis, Project Management, Process Management/Six Sigma, Premium Audit, Customer Relationship Management and Learning Development
What’s in it for you?
Challenging 11 week assignment in Operations functional team
Develop core competencies through a comprehensive learning curriculum, project work, networking opportunities and mentorship.
Frequent mentoring, evaluation, and feedback
Participate in a summer-long capstone project in which you will, as a team, research and present recommendations to our leadership regarding a relevant business issue
What is The Hartford looking for?
Students expecting to graduate in January or May of 2018 with a Bachelor’s degree
Business or Operations management, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Communications and Liberal Arts. Open to most majors.
Demonstrated evidence of analytical, skills, process awareness or service orientation in business framework
Basic use of MS Office Suite through class assignments/work
A cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher (out of 4.0 scale or equivalent) at the time of graduation
Leadership experience outside of the classroom

Additional Salary Information: Intern housing is available for those who qualify however travel expenses are not covered.
