What is The Hartford looking for?
Students expecting to graduate in May 2019 with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Insurance, and/or International Business, and a GPA of 3.2 or higher at graduation
Must have a record of high achievement, analytical thinking, initiative and process improvement
Demonstrate strong communication, change agility and team skills
Financial modeling and use of Microsoft Excel through class assignments/work
Leadership experience outside of the classroom
